How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Dashboard > Billing & Plan > click 'Upgrade' on the plan you want. You'll be redirected to Stripe for payment.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. Go to Billing & Plan > Manage Subscription. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I hit my article limit?
Article generation pauses until your next billing cycle starts. Existing articles stay published. You can upgrade anytime to get more.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Go to Billing & Plan > Manage Subscription > Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact support@heyy.ai within 14 days of purchase.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. Switch to annual in your Billing settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When do article counts reset?
At the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). Unused articles don't carry over.
